Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Shipping fees are flat based on weight and are calculated at checkout. We use USPS for all shipping.

Please allow 5-7 business days (7-10 calendar days) for delivery. Most orders arrive sooner. If you are unsure that your package will arrive in time, please feel free to send a message through our customer service form.

Package tracking is included. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is prepped for shipping. (If it hasn't shown up, please check your SPAM folder!) You can also check the tracking number by logging into your account. Please feel absolutely free to contact us if you are having trouble finding your tracking number or have any concerns regarding shipping time! 

If you need to make a correction of any kind to your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the Customer Service tab at the top of the website - NOT our store phone number. Please note that we cannot guarantee any alterations to your order can be made once it is placed. 

Currently, we only ship to the United States.


RETURNS

We will accept unopened returns (this means roll is still packaged in plastic as we sent it to you) within 14 days. Returns are less shipping costs. 

Please open and inspect your order promptly after receipt - returns need to be made within 14 days, and any other issues with your order must be addressed within 30 days of receipt. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us ASAP!
