Shipping fees are flat based on weight and are calculated at checkout. We use USPS for all shipping except for larger orders which are sometimes sent via UPS.
Please allow 5-7 business days (7-10 calendar days) for delivery. Most orders arrive sooner. If you are unsure that your package will arrive in time, please feel free to send a message through our customer service form.
Package tracking is included. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is prepped for shipping. (If it hasn't shown up, please check your SPAM folder!) You can also check the tracking number by logging into your account. Care Instructions
Modern fabric production techniques produce fabrics that are colorfast. If you are concerned with a very dark or bright color, wash your finished quilt or project in cold water with a color-catcher and immediately transfer to a warm dryer. DO NOT WASH PRECUTS OR PUT THEM IN THE DRYER. Machine washing and drying may unravel strips to the point of being unusable. Hand washing is also not recommended.
