Shipping fees are flat based on weight and are calculated at checkout.

Please allow 5-7 business days (7-10 calendar days) for delivery. (Most orders arrive sooner.) Orders with cut fabric yardage take 7-10 business days for delivery. If you are unsure that your package will arrive in time, please feel free to send a message through our customer service form.

Package tracking is included. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is prepped for shipping. (If it hasn't shown up, please check your SPAM folder) You can also check the tracking number by logging into your account. Please feel absolutely free to contact us if you are having trouble finding your tracking number or have any concerns regarding shipping time! Please note that we cannot guarantee any alterations to your order can be made once it is placed. If you need to make a correction of any kind, please contact us through the Customer Service tab at the top of the website - NOT our store phone number.

We no longer ship outside the United States. 

Please note that we cannot hold your shipment for a later shipping date. All orders are filled as they come in.


We will accept unopened returns (this means roll is still packaged in plastic as we sent it to you) within 14 days. Sales on clearance fabric are final; we do not accept returns on cut fabric. Returns are less shipping costs. Please note that we do not offer refunds on opened rolls, or rolls that are damaged by the user including but not limited to improper handling and washing. DO NOT WASH pre-cut strips!

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us! Please open and inspect your order promptly after receipt - any issues with your order must be addressed within 30 days of receipt.
