Shipping/Returns

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING

For US orders, shipping fees are flat based on weight and are calculated at checkout.

Please allow 5-7 business days (7-10 calendar days) for delivery. (Most orders arrive sooner.) If you are unsure that your package will arrive in time, please feel free to send a message through our customer service form.

Package tracking is included. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is prepped for shipping. (If it hasn't shown up, please check your SPAM folder) You can also check the tracking number by logging into your account. Please feel absolutely free to contact us if you are having trouble finding your tracking number or have any concerns regarding shipping time!

SHIPPING TO CANADA

Shipping to Canada for up to 6 rolls is flat $24.99 via USPS flat rate envelope. When purchasing all 6 that will fit, this adds $4.16 to each roll for shipping. 

For 7-17 rolls, shipping is flat $49.95 via USPS flat rate box - 17 rolls is best way to maximize the bang for your shipping buck. This adds only $2.93 to the cost of each roll.

Expect shipping to take approximately two weeks; however, if your package is randomly selected at Canadian Customs to be inspected - which does happen - it can take several weeks longer.

SHIPPING EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE THE US AND CANADA

Shipping to other countries outside the USA and Canada for up to 6 rolls is flat $31.99 via USPS flat rate envelope. When purchasing all 6 that will fit, this adds $5.33 to each roll for shipping. For 7-12 rolls, your order will be divided into two flat rate envelopes for a total of $63.98.

For 13-17 rolls, shipping is flat $74.99 via USPS flat rate box - 17 rolls is best way to maximize the bang for your shipping buck. This adds only $4.41 to the cost of each roll.

Expect shipping to take approximately two weeks; however, depending on the mail service in your country and the policies of your country's customs department, it can take much longer, especially if you live in a remote part of your country. Shipments to the UK, Australia and New Zealand are generally delivered promptly.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept single orders for more than 17 rolls to international addresses - you will need to place a second order if you need to order over 17 rolls.

RETURNS

We will accept unopened returns (this means roll is still packaged in plastic as we sent it to you) within 14 days. Sales on clearance fabric are final; we do not accept returns on cut fabric. Returns are less shipping costs. Please note that we do not offer refunds on opened rolls, or rolls that are damaged by the user including but not limited to improper handling and washing. DO NOT WASH pre-cut strips!
