Classic block this week!
For those who may be joining us tardy (don't worry, easy to catch up!):
Block 16 - Sawtooth Star
A very versatile, classic block this week.
First, as always, you're going to need to make your 16 HSTs (see tutorial link above). Here's the layout of the block:
Again this week, you just need to make 8 of one 2-block segment:
Make 8
Look familiar? It's the "Broken Dishes" quarter segment again! Make 4:

Now lay out your 4 blocks into the Sawtooth Star layout:
You'll have a main-fabric diamond in the center!
Now join them together into your finished block!
If you don't have a design wall, but you do have a 60" x 72" space on your wall, this thing (it's a Fons & Porter felt design wall that just hangs on any wall) is totally awesome!

Hello,
Is there anyway that these blocks can be put into PDF format and made easily downloadable. I would like to store them in a folder so they are easily accessible when I want to use them.
Thank you,

Is this for receiving a PDF file? If so, yes please.
Thanks,
Pam

Kathryn, you can right click on the page and then click on print. You should be able to save as a PDF instead of printing it and that way you can save it to a folder on your computer or you can click on the little print icon under the last picture and then save as a PDF.

I haven't been able to save it in that manner so I just print it and am keeping them all in a binder so when I get ready to work on it, I have each week. I've been working on other projects but didn't want this one to get away from me so I've been printing it each week!
